Fighting The End is probably by far the best boss fight I've ever done. I also though that fighting God In Dragon Warrior VII was pretty epic.

Let's see...
- Sigma in Megaman X4.
- The Dark Luminas in Brave Fencer Musashi.
- Megatron in the Transformers game that came out in 2003... when you didn't get constantly owned.
- Minerva in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
- Schizo in Final Fantasy VII
- Trance Kuja in Final Fantasy IX
