Metal Gear Solid 4. Yes, I went there.


Realistically, I'd say 2 games, 1 each from one of the following 2 categories:

1) High-profile, Highly anticipated, guaranteed strong sellers - Gears 2, Fable 2, Banjo 3

AND

2) Lesser known titles or titles that target outside of 360's main market (i.e Core) or Older titles they want to increase sales in - Viva Pinata 2, PGR4

It'll be a combination like that, I doubt they'll throw 2 massive games into one bundle i.e We won't see a Gears and Fable or even Banjo 3 bundle.

I don't think it'll happen, but a gears 1 and 2 bundle would be awesome. It won't happen because if a person has zero interest in Gears, they won't buy the higher priced (but better value) bundle because they'd be getting 2 games they don't want. They'll stick to just buying a console by itself. Also, I don't see MS bundling an already high selling game when instead it could raise the profile of a low selling one (i.e Viva Pinata at the time).

I would say Gears. Gears 2 most likely. MS would try to created something like Sony did with the MGS4 bundle. I would also say MS bundles something unique in to the bundle. MS is good at creating limited edition bundles like the Halo bundle. MS problem is always pricing, there was really no reason that the Halo bundle should have cost more then the pro. It was the same machine only a different color.

I have a feeling that MS is focusing on the Wii's prospective costumers this holiday season, so they will likely bundle one of the "casual" games like Lips or Scene It? Box Office Smash. Considering the (rumored) low cost of the Arcade SKU, they will try and market it as a family friendly alternative to the Wii.

I'm just really not sure that they would bundle their highest selling game this holiday season when they could make so much money off it standalone.

Not to mention they must be thinking they've just about farmed out the shooter market.

I really hope they bundle some proper games with the Arcade. Even if they are old. I reckon Banjo Kazooie and Kameo. Banjo will be high profile and kick ass, and Kameo was an awesome platformer that didnt sell what it deserved too.

Well Sony bundled resistance which is a 15, though Gears is an 18 in the UK

I still think they will bundle something like Viva Pinata 2 and either Lips or Your in the movies, with xbl vision camera, for the casual crowd, and then maybe a bundle with GeoW and Halo 3 for the more hardcore

Can´t Microsoft make a promotion like a bundle where you choose the game you want?

I know that newer games costs more to them than older games, but they could make it so that if you buy the 360 you get a free older game or half off on a new game or something.

The problem with bundling something like Banjo, is that title is coming late November probably

I just have this odd feeling somewhere in the world Infinite Undiscovery is gonna be bundled.
