Kill one by one. Leave your partners in the first room, then, open the doors and kill one guy, then, use medigel or return to the first room ro recharge your health, then, go and kill other. You have to use biotics an other powers.

What mrstickball said.

Draw them into the corridor and do area damage. You might want to go back to the ship for Kaiden and drop wrex since the tech damage really hurts those drones.
