If you scroll down in that statement you will see the more accurate numbers in the "non-GAAP revenues" section, and the PS3 definitely does not lead the PS3.

most sales from PS3 came from Europe EA sports, and when you convert euro to american dollar, it means a lot of profits. In terms of pure volume, 360 leads all the way

Since EA lost money overall, I'm not sure how you could say that they made money on anything. If it's proportional at all you could even say they lost the most on the PS3. :P
