Nintendo can not even prevent that you play online with your R4.... Sometimes the online Experience is killed by those R4 cheaters

Almost everyone that owns a DS can/has taken it online. Why dont they just send a system update to the DS that would block these programs. I mean if they can update the Wii why not update the DS.
