Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo likes to shoot themselves in the feet

1) Supply issues. If Nintendo could meet demand, John Lucas's predictions would have come true.

2) Delaying launches in other regions. If Wii Fit and Super Smash Bros Brawl had a simultaneous launch, sales would have been much bigger.

3) Pissing off hardcore gamers. The loyal Nintendo fans that were with them during the hard times of the N64 and GC aren't receiving any games. If this continues Nintendo will lose the Wii owners that actually took out Wii Sports from the optical drive.

I forgot to add that they could have priced the Wii at $299 and seen much bigger profits.

Excuse me, but you sound like a noobie.

And you sound like a fanboy.

I don't think they care. They are getting tons of money. Also alot of nintendo fans are over E3. There have been plenty of Nintendo games over the past 2 years, and will be in the future. Not to mention alot of 3rd party games look promising. As for SSBB I don't think they care too much. Wii Fit is still selling btw and has amazing legs. It is mostly restricted by supply. Nintendo also seems to be working on the supply issues. What do you want them to do snap their fingers and make wii's appear? They have to make them you know.

this is petty retaliation for another thread with a similar title.

1) It's better to have less consoles than more. Less Wii's and Wii Fit's made = long people will want them.
2) WiiFit = Casual, SSBB = Hardcore
3) Hardcore arn't going anywhere, they might get another system. But nothing's stopping them buying the games when they come out.

Nintendo seems to be working on supply issues... they only seem to. It is still impossible to find a Wii in the US.

ahhh you should make a blog about this on www.Crymuch.com

That gave me a link to youtube. Do Nintendo fanboys make blogs there?

Fine how do you think they should fix this issue in a short period of time?

Btw Sony and Microsoft have far more problems than Nintendo in terms of sales.
