if they dont want to be put on life support, then thats there choice. if they are already on life support, they stay on life support.

So it's ok to force someone to live.  Why?

If a person is in such pain that it makes their lives umbrearable I believe it should be done. However the family should have some say in it, if said person is unable to communicate other then the fact that their pain is excruciating. Also doctors should have a say in the process. If a doctor says the person will get better, then it should be out of the question to euthanize them, but if the doctor agress that the pain is terrible and the person would be better off dead, then so be it.

depedns, if the person is on life support, and the machine is the only thing keeping keeping him/her alive then turning hte machine off to let him/her die is not murder. probably manslaughter but not murder.

I am pro. It is legal here and I really don't want to think about that I have cancer or an other sickness and I have to suffer till the end;..

I am pro Euthanasia. If we euthanise sick animals. I believe society should have the compassion to authorise doctors to euthanise sick and dying human beings. We should not prolong the misery. If we prolonged the suffering of animals it would be seen as cruelty. By prolonging the suffering of humans according to some religious zealots is referred to as god's will.

If i was old and sick and dying a slow painful death, id want someone to end it all for me. Its only right that people get this choice

Hey I am from Oregon and I support it (only US state that it is legal). I mean like people have been saying why are people being forced to live, especially when they are in pain and going to live a slow painful death. Though I would give a psych test first to make sure the person is sane. If the person is out of his mind then he needs the meds.
