You say, there won't be a Xbox3 till nov. 2010. Xbox360 will sell like 25-28 million at the end of 2008. And you think, Xbox360 will sell 35 million at the end of its lifetime, nov. 2010! --> so you expect the 360 to sell 7-10 million units from Jan. 2009 till nov. 2010?

I think, the 360 will pass the 40 million mark, which is really great for MS, considering the Xbox just sold 24million units at the end of its lifetime.

well anything under 24.5 mil is plain stupid.... they will sell 4.5 mil at least from now to the end of the year there is absolutely no question about that, it's just the holiday season power. now 27 is probable, maybe we don't have halo but we do have GoW coming at a perfect time, and other games might reveled themselves to be good system sellers at least for the holiday season....
other than that mrstickball analysis is IMO the most educated guess you have on that thread...

I believe at this point it would be highly unlikely for them to reach 27mil. I think that 23-24 million is a much more likely figure. I actually believe it would be more likely for the wii to reach 40 mil by the end of this year than for the 360 to reach 27mil.
