Actually Kameo and Perfect:Dark were great launch games and Viva Pinata was critically acclaimed. Microsoft just did a horrible job of advertising for Viva Pinata since it came out around the same time as Gears of War.
Wat surprised me about the article was how Microsoft was completely ok with Rare publishing games for Nintendo's handhelds.

Rare hasn't made anything I like since the 64, when they were one of the best developers
Perfect Dark: zero was an abomination, it doesn't have the right to bear the Perfect Dark name
Microsoft does not have a handheld and it makes money for them. So why would they not want Rare publishing for the DS. Plus it is not like they are heping Sony.

I am Mario.I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble. Wii Friend Code: 1624 6601 1126 1492 NNID: Mike_INTV |
I get that part but don't you think Microsoft would want Rare spending all their time on the 360 after having paid so much money to purchase them?
