Yeah..its kinda hard to see, but *chomp chomp* anyone hear that biting?? Looks like XMB with actual pictures instead of avatars..and when they selected things, it looks almost identical to when you're reading information on something from the PSN store..that's just me though.

You mean Sony's patent on having Main categories and subcategories underneath.  Glad they were the first to do that.  It has as much in common as Vista Media Center / Zune Marketplace as it does the XMB.  Sorry but claiming it's a ripoff of the XMB is grasping at some pretty thin straws.

They did not rip off Sony, they ripped off Apple (just like MS did with Vista).

I,ve never seen the psn dashboard so cannot comment on it.

The descriptive text looks dodgy when he/she selects something.

Its a beta, but it IS genuine....confirmed by many.

Its kinda broke and u need an actual chip to install it (not just modded firmware on dvd)

This probably sounds silly but will you automaticly be updated when it comes out.

My iPod has coverflow.  I don't see it as ripping off either.  It's photo navigation.  I mean they've been doing this with slideshow viewers for years. Nothing new.

If you want to talk ripping off bring up avatars but calling the dashboard navigation a "ripoff" I just don't see it.  Maybe others think differently but I'm just calling it like I see it.
