Lol I dont think it'll be better but its all opinion.
I personally dont feel like playing a 100hr game.

 I played Okami, and it took me 37 hours to beat it. I don't know if I missed a ton of sidequests or not (don't think I did), but when I got to the end I said, "that's it?" I was expecting it to last at least 45 hours after so many people claimed it was super long.

It was still a very good game, but not as good as Twilight Princess, I think. However, I do wish some aspects in Okami were in future Zelda games.

I though Twilight Princess was a great game. I give it an A-.

I do think there were a few problems though. I thought combat was on the easy side. I would like to see tougher enemies. I also seemed to almost always have a maxed-out wallet, except for the few occasions where you need to buy something insanely expensive. It could just be a perception, but I felt like this game was a lot longer than OoT. And I don't mean in a good way.

I liked everything else in the game.

I especially liked the addition of those special moves that the skeleton teaches you. Those were awesome.

I would too. I dont need anything that gets me frustrated but something that keeps you on your toes.

It was longer than OoT but Ive played it so many times that I dont think I remeber how long the first tim actually took me.:P

The special moves were a cool addition.

@Hyperion
Really!? TP took me 50hours to beat without doing a buttload of the sidequests.

I just dont think Id like okami. It doesnt interest me for some reason. but I might pick it up if I ever see it for like $10-$20 or something.

Well there is very few Zelda clones like Alundra, Star Fox Adventure or Beyond Good and Evil so if you want a "different" Zelda to play while waiting for the true Zelda Wii Okami is a good choice. A game I'm curretly playing  and that I reccomend.

@Valkyria00

Huh? I think you get it confused. It took me 68 hours to beat TP (most of the quests, leisurely exploration, and a ton of fishing). Okami took me 37 hours, I think. I should play it again. I haven't touched it since I beat it.

Ive never heard of Alundra.
And star fox adventures is a Zelda clone!?! wtf. I never knew that.....
I didnt like what I saw of Beyond Good and Evil.

Theres just something about Okami that puts me off I dont know why.

@Hyperion
No I understood. I meant "really!?" as in I couldnt belive you beat Okami that fast. I didnt do much of the quest and stuff in TP and did NO fishing only when the game made me. And I beat it in 50 hours.

I restarted TP again. I always have more fun the second time around anyways.

OMG I FINALLY BEAT TP TODAY!! I've had the game since Dec 06 and finally got around to beat it in the past months.

>Played a good amount of it when I got it.
>Hated collection all the bugs before the water temple and the water temple itself.
>Push myself away from it till I randomly started playing again in like Nov 07.
>Got a few temples further then christmas came and I had newer games to play.
>Two months ago got addicted to it, got towards the end of the game. Started to collect heartpeices and unlockables like Magic armour.
>Put it off two weeks and today I randomly finally started to beat the game. Went threw the Hyrule castle enjoying every minute of it (hopefully the next Zelda game will make use of every item you have in the dungeons). Got to Ganon: beat Zelda easily, Ganon was annoying since I wasn't holding the A button when Ganon charged at me, horsefight was enjoyable but still easy, 1v1 Ganon was medium difficultly but still pretty easy for the final battle.

Overal great game, took me 53 hours to complete, and the first Zelda game i've ever finished. Actually really, really sad considering i've owned: LoZ/OoT on the VC, WW/FSA on the GC, ALTTP/4SA pack on GBA, and PH on the DS.

Next game is OoT, then PH. And finally going back to Okami to finish that up.

Alundra was a LttP clone made by Sony for the ps1.  They had a big thread on neogaf a few weeks back discussing Zelda clones, and Alundra was generally regarded as the best.

Sony probably should've continued that franchise, instead of hyping up Dark Cloud to be the Zelda clone that it never was (it was still a great game, though, just way different from Zelda).

Speaking of stronger enemies, I wish they had kept the skull warriors from OoT.  They were always fun to fight.

My favorite enemies were probably the Gerudo Ninjas from OoT, though.  They were so fun to fight if you tried to avoid their attacks instead of just using your shield.  It was really fun backflipping around, etc.

It was a good game but I certainly felt underwhelmed. The series needs something fresh which Miyamoto has already admitted.

Playing: InFamous, Super Robot Taisen OG Saga, Modern Warfare 2

The thing I liked most about LoZ:TP were the weapons and hidden skills. They made certain enemies much more fun to kill.
