Forums - Nintendo - I finally played Red Steel

So I saw it for really cheap and thought deal. Some things I like : good controls, good story so far ( been playing for 3 hours now )

things I don't like : the way the story is told (no vids), it looks like crap, pretty linear

But so far for the price its good.

but not a game that you should pick up for the full price.

haven't done the multiplayer yet, but i'm hoping it is better then MoH vanguard

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

I hear more and more people saying that Red Steel isn't all that bad. I'm really starting to believe that the control scheme was just too fresh at the time it was released for people to wrap their heads around. I'm sure it's not quite as polished as Metroid or MOHH2, but it looks pretty fun to me. I plan to pick it up at some point.

Keep this in mind when reading what I type...

I've been gaming longer than many of you have been alive.

I finally pulled the trigger on Red Steel just a minute ago. $9.45 on Amazon + $3.99 shipping with case and manual. Description "like new".
