I'll join, I suppose. It has official clan support, right? We just need to pick a day I can play often. For some reason I've had to work that past 5-6 Saturdays in a row, hence my absence from the Warhawk league.

We should create an official clan for Killzone 2 as well. Given the multitude of clan options for that game, it would be great.

Clans that large rarely work. I'd say keep it at 20 given the prospects of the game and try it at that number first. When I played battlefield it was tough controlling as much as 12 people, even if they had their own squads. And no we weren't some backwash clan, we ruled the Benelux in BF42 and then BF2 for months on end and Europe for a short period before anyone asks ;0...
