Lego Star Wars.
My four-year old loves the hell out of that game. And when you die, you just come right back to keep fighting. So, he can keep playing it. But he gets stuck at some puzzle points and expects me to be able to do it for him.
My kid also loves Smash Bros Brawl and Dead Rising.
That's right, I let him play Dead Rising. He loved it. It was only fair since he got to watch me play an assload of games in front of him for an evening with one of my friends. So to be fair, I said, "you get to play this grown-up zombie game." He sat on my lap so I could help him out and he loved it.
