Manhunt, perfect for a three year old

Around the Network

When i was that age the most game i get the handle of is a racing game ...I don't remember if it was on the MSX or NES...It has a red car, the game is top-down view like the original Zelda, the object was to reach the check-point before the fuel runs out.

does anyone know what the game is..?I don't remember what it is called...

^^^ This is what you get for blowing a rumor out of proportion

Chocobo brain damage!!! Here, drink this diet Coke..*runs*

Currently playing :

VC - Ogre Battle March of the Black Queen
Wii - New Super Mario Bros. Wii
DS - Glory of Heracels

My son (who turns 4 on Wed.) loves to just run around in Super Mario 64. He doesn't really accomplish anything. He just goes in and out of worlds, runs around, jumps on things, punches things, swims, shoots himself out of cannons and generally has a blast. It's really helped him become comfortable with the analog stick.

Keep this in mind when reading what I type...

I've been gaming longer than many of you have been alive.

Mineswepper?
Or Gran Turismo or Pokemon?

Take my love, take my land..

When I was 3, my favorite game was Mario 64. See if the little one likes that.

Get a gamecube controller and Super Monkey.Ball. 1 and or 2. My 3 year old loves them, easy to control and help them think about each level.

The Gamecube controller is.also the best Mario Kart option for a 3 year old, my daughter places top 5 on the 50 cc races with it, she's too wiggly for the wheel, and can't master the mote/nunchuck.

She also uses it for Brawl, well who doesn't?

I second Super Mario Bros 1 2 3 and Super Mario World as well.

My son can't play Mario Kart with the analog stick worth crap.  He is very good at it with the Wii-wheel.  I attribute that to the fact that the wheel is far more intuitive.  He has gotten a gold trophy on all of the 50cc cups.  I'm trying to encourage him to move up to 100cc.

I really loved the old Humongous Entertainment games as a kid. Shame they were sold off in pieces to Atari. They're simple and short point and click adventures designed for children. You can play a lot of them on your computer with a GameTap account.

I'd like to suggest Wario Ware. Generally not hard to enjoy that game at any age, all though it might get too fast for a three year old.
