It's the PS3 game Eye of Judgment. It's a card game that uses the PS3 Eye to make the cards come to life on screen.

It's a Magic: The Gathering type of game and it's coming out October on PS3 as of right now bundled with the Eye for 100 dollars last time they discussed the price.
