It's more important to have posters who can actually control themselves and be civil, rather than allowing those who cannot control themselves to delay the inevitable.

Also the fact that Colonelstubbs' post is in between Duke of Darkness and Outcast's. O.o

This would be a nightmare to code, and isn't really needed. If you're that annoyed by postings on a forum, that aren't against the rules, then you either need to get a thicker skin, stop being so suck up, or need to spend less time posting in forums and more time doing things you enjoy, like playing video games. :p
