Manga has increased in popularity in the US and has been popular in Europe since the 70s so I don't see why they wouldn't bring the feature to the West.

The price of the licences.

This will cost a lot of money for Nintendo if they want to do that in Europe (every country/language needs a license to buy) and I don't know if they can do that.. For example 'Dark Horse' a publisher of manga in the UK publish titles as Berserk and I think Nintendo is not allowed to put Berserk then on the manga Channel because Dark Horse has the license.

-Will it be a free service? If not a lot of people will not sign up for it because you can have it for free on your pc + it probably updates faster on the PC.
