There are also the Metal Gear Ac!d games, which is exactly why they should just list each game with its figures.

Perhaps they are counting Metal Gear Acid in with those numbers.

Damn forgot about those! You're right, that would make it very close.

Then again its one of the less reliable sites that release statistics on the web. Its Wii sales are off by a few mil and PS3 sales off by 2 mil. 360 sales are almost off by 500k.

 

If you looked at the top of the chart it says bundled software isn't counted, and since 1 in every 4 copies of MGS4 sold were bundled, it makes perfect sense.

Actually I don't think he does understand, because he still think the site is millions off. I don't like people calling the site inaccurate if they are unwilling to provide definitive proof.

 Trust me, I have no clue what to think anymore. My bad for making a bad sounding comment, but I can't tell. If I didn't trust VGChartz at least a good bit, then I wouldn't be posting here. So I guess I really don't understand, but its not because I choose to be ignorant. I'm more confused then anything. I used to trust Nextgenwars after all, and they were hellaoff.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

I think it was my fault, I accidentally said the site tracks shipped figures instead of sold (now fixed). Either that, or he's a very stubborn detractor.

I take it very seriously when someone accuses the site of being inaccurate. Either be willing to provide solid proof or don't make the accusation. Now that you are aware of that, please keep that in mind for the future.
