If you're planning to buy a HDTV, I'd suggest you go either with a CRT (increasingly hard to find) or a LCD. Plasmas use way too much power, with increasing energy prices that's crazy.

Whats a CRT? and yea the one im gonna buy is linked up there. Its an LCD HD. No way I can afford a plasma.

CRT = Cathode Ray Tube

Its the old tech, but it might actually make a comeback....just not in its current form.
