I am upset because they misrepresent alcoholics. Why do alcoholics always have to be portrayed as violent and overtly sexual?

My experience with alcohol is that it makes a lot of people violent, a lot of people overtly sexual and a decent number both.

Not that I'm against alcohol or anything. Apart from bourbon which tastes like arse.
