Didn't like, some guy in Nintendo deny knowing anything about the new DS Lite model a day before it was released? I don't believe any of this.

Doesn't mean squat. The game will be finished, then released in Japan - then work should start on the Western release. Sometime around then, NOA might know about it.

Its NOT an internal Nintendo product - just one they are "helping" with.

It better be released here! It's one of my most wanted games for Wii!
Still, odd how they're not even aware of the title, as they put it. They're probably just not talking about it at the moment. Well - that's what I'm hoping.

What exactly does that mean? Considering that the series has always had solid sales here in the west, it would be silly not to release it here. It would be equally silly that Nintendo of America doesn't know this game exists, since that's a large chunk of their job. So...what do they mean by "aren't even aware of the product"?

The Fatal Frame series never sold that great, even in Japan.  Fatal Frame is a very niche series, even more so than Ninja Gaiden, another Tecmo franchise.
