Jeez people stop complaining about the waist, it's only bad in that one varia suit shot. The other ones it looks normal. As far as online multiplayer goes, I'd say the chance of that happening in this game (or even multiplayer at all) is

For the life of me, I cannot get excited about this game. Maybe I'm still bitter that they turned Metroid into an FPS platformer.

Oh, and no way is this game a Halo killer. I'll be shocked if it sells at 1/3 the rate of H3.

The game isn't supposed to be a Halo killer, it's supposed to revolutionize the controls for a console FPS the same way Halo did.

Let's hope they get the aiming down right (I am looking at you Call of Duty 3). I am interested to see how they implement motion control besides simply aiming your gun.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. I am super excited that I should be getting my Wii today, and I am looking forward to Metroid Prime 3 alot. Its coming out on my 29th birthday! Happy B-day to me I guess. I think that Metroid games work best in 2d but I wonder why Nintendo doesn't make it 3rd person, like Gears, Lost Planet, RE4, that would certainly make jumping easier ;)

Man I can't wait for the videos. My most wanted game on any system.

EDIT: And with 'shit' i don't mean to say resi 4 is shit but im reffering to resident evil 4 as like 'that stuff'... sabbie?! ...

While this will certainly be an excellent game, if there's no multiplayer, I'll just be renting it.

"I mean, c'mon, Viva Pinata, a game with massive marketing, didn't sell worth a damn to the "sophisticated" 360 audience, despite near-universal praise--is that a sign that 360 owners are a bunch of casual ignoramuses that can't get their heads around a 'gardening' sim? Of course not. So let's please stop trying to micro-analyze one game out of hundreds and using it as the poster child for why good, non-1st party, games can't sell on Wii. (Everyone frequenting this site knows this is nonsense, and yet some of you just can't let it go because it's the only scab you have left to pick at after all your other "Wii will phail1!!1" straw men arguments have been put to the torch.)" - exindguy on Boom Blocks

That, i think, wouldn't be wise me boy!

Meroid Prime was originally ment to be a 3rd person game but they changed it because it had the exact opposite effect. It made everything a hell of a lot harder, perticualy the camera. So they changed it to first person which works very well in my opinion. Though i would like to see another 2d game on the DS though. Come on Metroid Dread!

Over the shoulder counts as 3rd person to most people. Resident Evil, Lost Planet and RE 4 are third person shooters.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!
