Is a high brain age good or bad?

Let's see: Jessica Alba is 26. Her brain  is 82. So her brain is 56 older than her age. So I think it's bad.
BTW, I think she was just kidding, because the lowest score is 80.

yes older means they are wiser (in most cases), however it doesn't mean their brains think faster. Its about reaction time keeping your brain stimulated. So when you do get old you don't end up with some brain dissorder or memory loss.

It's nothign to do with intelligence just training your brain to work so you stay sharp.

ie try going back to uni after 3months of doing nothing with your brain. You get headaches cause its not at its full potential since you been resting it for so long.
