We can only hope but since ToI was not release stateside there is only 30% chance of it coming.

They even said that there is an option to choose between the CGI cutscenes or the anime cutscenes. They are obviously trying to make Tales more popular in the West just like S-E are trying and are making DQ more popular in the West.
