Does anyone else get the feeling that Dodece has a computer program where he types in like one sentence and it then composes like a 5+ paragraph essay on whatever it is he typed.

Maybe hes just a very lonely bored person.

I think the part where Tretton says the whole concept of Home could be flawed is a lot more interesting than the possible release date. I wish he would have clarified what he meant by that statement, whether it could be from an economic standpoint or user perspective.

Lol Delayst... I almost got banned back there... All sony boys should repeat "they is no place like home" lots of times and clap their shoes together, that way the great wizard will bring it before two years time :P

Wow, CaptainPrefrences and Hus in one night, already delivering low blows too! o_o

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

On a serious note. I agree with Zucas. Sony creates a lot of negative hype for themselves by announcing things way to early in development. It allows their competitors to start working on an answer sooner and it also takes a lot of the punch out the product when its actually released.

lol dammed if you do dammed if you dont sony.

i remember all of you whining and bitching till no end when there was no Killzone2 info, but now actually showing people what they are doing is bad.

@Kasz216

I prefer to express myself fully most especially on these forums. A simple sentence is so easily twisted or misrepresented. For example had I not said exactly what I thought. I guarantee you that I would still have to write five paragraphs through five different posts. Think of it as preemptive posting. I say everything at once rather then parceling it out in response.

@Hus

Before you are banned again I would love to respond. You might not be aware of this but Sony brought a game to market five years ago that does everything you can do in Home, and even more so. That game would be Star Wars Galaxies where players could build houses, decorate the interiors, and had fully customizable characters with thousands of pieces of clothing. The game had hundreds of animations, and the characters could ride on animals, or on vehicles.

Basically everything in Home was being done in that game five years ago on inferior hardware. By all means compare Star Wars Galaxies and Home for us. Tell me exactly how Home in the beta is succeeding where that game fails in social interaction. You have nothing to lose you can try the game free for a month. To me if you already have a working system that can do these things. There is no fundamental reason that you couldn't have refitted that system for this application, and if you wanted more Home version 2 could have gone into production.

Basically the PS3 owners should have the virtual world simulator they were promised right now. Hell if nothing else Sony could just provide one of their pay virtual worlds free of charge as a place holder. Sure there is no bowling, but at least the PS3 owners could run around killing crazy creatures with one another.

"I would rather ship it two years from now with a lot of good stuff, than open it as some ghost town."

I would rather electrocute my testicles than read another thread started by Vaio.

From these 2 statements, we can infer 4 things.

1 Sony will definitely not open Home as a ghost town
2 I will definitely not read other stupid threads by Vaio
3 Sony aims to get home running soon, but don't prioritise this as high as 1
4 I aim to not electrocute my testicles, but don't prioritise this as high as 2

 Wow I seem to be evoking alot of feeling here.

Ignoring the fact that you're basically just a smear campaign against Sony and Nintendo, this thread was particularly bad. You completely misinterpreted what this bloke said, and had that as your thread title for shock value
