I read it on a message board :P
On a thread here on VGC I've found these numbers:
Wii: ~990,000
360: ~840,000
PS3: 487,000
So doing the math:
NPD for PS3 ( Usa+ Canada)= 5.3m at the end of June ->VG in the third week of July =5.43m
In the 360 case:
NPD for 360= 11.3m at the end of June -> VG numbers in the third week of July= 11.89m
So I've noiced there's a noticeable discrepancy.
