first off i would have bought some more third party exclusives i would have kept the blu ray and CELL made sure sony spokes people didnt act so cocky when talking about the ps3 had only one SKU on the market the 60GB with the option to buy larger official sony hard drives i would have made sure the ps3 had full ps2 backwards compatability in game xmb and custom soundtracks and trophies would be on the ps3 the moment it was released i would have made sure sony gave more support to developers making games for the ps3 so more developers got comfortable with the ps3 so there would be less delays. i would have a advertising campaign that showed off the ps3 games and the machine itself no weird this is living adverts i would have made sure sony had the machine launched worldwide no delays for europe i would of also had dualshock 3 pads included with the ps3 and would have done away with sixaxis
