PS3's version in Japan will outdue what Xbox 360's version will sell in both US and Europe.

PS3 is going to win Japan and E.U, tight battle for N.A by the time it is released. PS3 should have achieved parity with the 360 by then.

I am suprised that people haven't said that the PS3 version will sell better because 360 owners don't care about JRPGs. I think the PS3 version will sell better just because Final Fantasy XIII was a huge exclusive for the PS3 before the 360 version was announced

Even if FFXIII released at the same time in Japan, PS3 version still have outsold it. Just look at DMC4 sales and in next 2 years PS3 will be ahead of 360 WW.

Assuming FF13 actually turns out to be a good game and sells well (and releases in 2010 in the west), I'd say the PS3 version will outsell the 360 version 2.5:1.

PS3, more people bought it expecting FF13 at some point.

PS3, because its exclusive in japan, and we all know the 360 doesn't sell in japan, by the time the game comes out the ps3 userbase will be larger then the 360's, so it will sell better on PS3.
