One thing I don't like is the limited vision you have with the flashlight. For whatever reason, it hurts my eyes when games have pitch black all around you except for the circle that your flashlight illuminates.

*edit* are there any videos where a Witch gets activated and decimates the players? I've heard that you don't want to get too close to her, but I still haven't seen any footage of what happens should you approach her.

At the very end of the video sqrl put up i believe when everyone else dies the last person wakes up the witch.

Yeap, devloping any almost any kind of software give you the edge using it, that left me impresed, they really push the difficult setting, which is great for us (Unlike other games with sucky AI)... well this game make me change my ISP, I hope to have some money to get it...

lol, I think I hear the Half-Life 2 head crab zombie moan in there.

I also think it's funny that the M4 sound is from Counter-Strike. I don't know if they worked on Source or not, otherwise it's probably from Condition Zero. Either way, I know that sound is from Counter-Strike.

Turtle Rock made the AI bot for CS: Source, and they made Condition Zero...but there's only so many sounds an M4 can make...and a lot of sounds and textures are placeholders, including parts of the player models, like their hands.

If you guys think animations look a little buggy or the hands look weird or some sounds seem recycled, it's probably because they're placeholders which will get improved along the line.

^^Absolutely true.

I think some of you would be surprised by some of the changes that were made for TF2 at the very end before beta. Valve likes to get things roughly mocked up and then actually play the game to get the feel down right...decisions are made as much as possible with the actual gameplay in mind. This is why everything ties together so well in their games.
