Body language has a lot to do with it. If she touches your arm a lot, looks in your eyes lots, sits leaning towards you, etc, she may like you.

Get some knowledge about body language, it never fails when you check it right
Even without this knowledge, you must be able to know when a girl likes you. If you think she does, she probably gave you a reason to think so, and probably she does like you.
Why not ask her out? Just do it right.
