Why is that. ANyway its not SE's decision it is Disney's. And disney has their own developement branch for the wii and the ds.

First, Sony is not willing to pay anything, look at FF XIII.
Second, bot SE and Disney own half of Kigndom Hearts. So whatever platform(s) it's on, both have to agree with this.

Actually disney owns all the disney characters and worlds, and I beleive they also own the new characters too. The only thing SE owns is the FF characters.

Yeah that could be true, so they both own about half. A KH without Disney chars or a KH without FF chars is simply not a Kingdom Hearts :)

According to my understanding the kindom hearts series is a joint venture , I don't think Disney can exclusivley decide what platform it apears on . In any case a multiplatform release is looking more and more likely.

Actually final fantasy characters don't effect the game too much. They are important though, but I'm sure square enix wouldn't disagree if disney chose the wii.

That obviosly shows that all rights are owned by disney except the Final Fantasy one.
