Yep they do, but still Halo can be on DS haha. MS awhile back signed publishing agreements with THQ to put Rare and Microsoft Studio games on DS. Meaning Halo on DS is technically not an issue. It could have been done at any time haha.

Actually if Bungie gets a new publisher its less likely that'll ever happen then.
