Sony managed to keep a steady stream of games coming, didn't focus too much on the casuals, and paced it well. It was hella long though.

I like playing Battlefield 2, if they can do the same thing with 4 times as many players, it's got my interest.

Now I wonder what Battlefield 3 would be like if it ever gets announced lol.

I was pretty disappointed in the conference overall. Nothing we haven't seen before for PS3 minus MAG. I'll hold out to see more on it before I get excited. Don't see how so many can get up in arms about a totally new IP with no real information besides a few bullet points. It could still be cool though.

I feel they've mainly talked about other things like the PS2, the PSP and their new services, because that's where they'll get profit from, so that's why it got a rather large chunk of attention.

The mention of the 80Gb ps3 will certainly influence sales in Europe, no doubt about that so good move with that announcement. The immediate movie-thing was also a good move.

Not too sure about the PS3 games though. No possible release dates, no actual footage from the GoW3 teaser (I don't call that a trailer), nothing really shocking (although that last game looked neat, but not too sure about the ingame value of it).

I still say that if everything they've shown is exclusive, then it's a good show, otherwise "acceptable".
