 You can buy timed or complete exclusives. Timed is obviously cheaper! xD Sony are cheap....

Sales-wise, only thing that matters is that multiplat wasn't announced or highly anticipated early on. 

And that there's a MGS4 PS3 bundle that I hope Sony realizes will continue to sell very, very well if they get off their asses and produce more of them.
