Ummm... Kind of complicated.

I love cel shading but I don't like Wind Waker's art style. =/

So, you don't love the powerpuff Link style, right???

I really love the art style, they made a beautifull game against a trend of realistic graphics...

Exactly... Wind Waker looked weird (huge heads tiny bodies and weird faces).

I think Twilight Princess has a great art style. It's not too realistic (aka brown) but it's not juvenile either...

I'm not saying WW is a bad game, I played it 5 times, but I prefer other art styles for Zelda. =/

I have mixed feelings about the Wind Waker. The atmosphere and artstyle were great, but the dungeons and puzzles were crap. They essentially handed you the third pearl, and they threw in the long and boring quest for the Triforce shards to pad the length of the game since they had little other real content.

The game had so much potential, and they didn't really deliver on it.

I still loved it, I just loved OoT, MM, and TP more.

As for the next Zelda, I think a darker, more realistic form of cel-shading would be cool. Or maybe go with a somewhat cartoonier TP style, ala Jak & Daxter.

Loved Windwaker, its my second favorite game, and not liking it because of the visual style is stupid, its still a great game.

I loved WW, but for me cel-shaded or 3D doesn't matter

Windwaker was a great game, the best display of Cel shading I've ever seen with expressive characters.

Phantom Hourglass was amazing as well and I think toon Zelda games can have a great home on the DS :)

Lol, well you are right, it looks weird (Maybe thats why I really love it), but I find TP a better game in the graphics and artstyle (I just disliked the westerm influence on the Kakariko Village and the Hidden Village), but the game featured great enviroments and the twilight atmosphere was great (Probably the Nintendo version of brow and bloom)... but the game still fall behind WW on the story...
