MS owns the Halo IP. If Bungie announces anything Halo related im sure it will be for the 360 unless a nuclear war has started and MS was the first target. (Tho after seeing FF13 come to the 360 anything is possible.)

MS may own the Halo IP but that doesn't mean Bungie isn't capable of creating something original for another system since they aren't bound by Microsoft anymore. Plus if there was another Halo that isn't known about it would surely be announced at Microsofts conf.

Microsoft has clearly shown that they don't mind their games going to DS--Mistwalker, Rare, and even they themselves have developed games for the handheld.

 

And yes, Halo DS would be epic!

^^Yeah, M$ apparently has first dibs on Bungie games. Also, Bungie made the statement shortly after the split that they currently had no dev units for the other consoles.

anything could happen really...maybe they are going to announce Halo Party for the Wii. It will be like Mario Party but with Master Chief. FTW

who said that? E3 is a showcase for developers  & console makers...they can all have their own press conference: they could announce it tomorrow along with some news on halo wars.

You're right Bungie could create something original but as far as any of us know the only thing we know about bungie is the whispers and rumors of the Halo tactical shooter or another possible Halo game. I don't think they would be creating anything Halo related on any other platform. Could be wrong but thats very doubtful. Time will tell.
