Ckmlb, this is the same crap they pulled with Assassin's Creed. They are probably trying to get Sony to pay them for timed exclusivity on Haze. My guess is that has balked at their demands. So there hasn't been any deal as of yet and if Sony doesn't pay them what they want. Ubisoft will more and likely do a simultaneous release of the game.
