There is a cel-shaded OoT on that website too. Looks nice.

Link me please.

Those screens look nice but I hate the fact textures/polygons were made darker just so it appears hi-res...

Just click on the images.

The cel-shading does look like it could use some work. The difference between low and high res is certainly very big.

Remember, there are no stupid questions. Just stupid people- Mr Garrison

@soriku

there is a pull down menu where you change "hi res" or "mouse over" to "cel shaded"

Go to the drop down at the bottom of the page and change it from hi-res to cel shaded

I love Zelda's Lullaby...

Well... the textures looks very good. But the geometry is still very limited. They should do an update to the polygon count too.

Don't know if you have your speakers on or not but the music takes me back too.

Texture Repacks have been happening quite alot on the emulation scene for some months now. The rom-dumps from N64 cartridges are hacked into and this allows texture artists to replace the ingame textures with their own. These are gauranteed hi-res textures and the difference would be hugely noticable when playing an emulator at a high resolution (really, anything above 640x480, the console's highest resolution output).

Here's some texture packs for Mario 64!

Oooorr....

This one looks amazing!

There's a bit more info here - http://www.racketboy.com/retro/nintendo/n64/2008/03/enhance-n64-graphics-with-emulation-plugins-texture-packs.html

It's amazing what can be done with those babies! The hi-res textures on Banjo Kazooie are insane.
