Did Sony not see the potential for breathing new life into long released games by adding trophies so that "trophy whores" will buy them? Locoroco, Super-Rub-A-Dub, Lemmings all could have used the boost to increase their install base. Online multiplayer games such as Snakeball, Calling All Cars would have also created added value to existing owners by allowing for a fresh batch of new players to rekindle their shrinking online communities. I sense a huge missed opportunity for profit and I'm disapointed that some of the online games I love have not benefited from the potential upswing in new players. No disrespect to the "trophy whore" community is intended, despite what the term implies. It was used for lack of a better expression. :)
