I don't own a Wii, and in fact the Wii has Metroid Prime 3, which is better than any shooter the PS3 has, to date, except perhaps CoD4. That said, the Wii has upcoming in its shooter library Conduit and Call of Duty 5.

I just find it odd that anyone under the tuscan sun could claim that Killzone 2 means anything, after the initial lie of in game footage delivered by Sony, the bad first game, bad spinoff, and the lack of a developer change, not to mention the virtual plethora of fantastic FPS games that it has to compete with.

If think we can do a little better than "hoping" games are good in the modern age.

You're convinced that Killzone 2 is going to be crap because the first was an average game at best, which is fair enough, but then you mention The Conduit (a game made by people who've put out nothing but shovelware in the last 10 years) to try and prove that Wii doesn't have a pathetic library of shooters (which it does).

Just wake up to yourself. Always targeting kingofwale when you're just as bad.
Killzone 2 looks about 50 million times more promising than The Conduit anyways.

 Metroid prime 3 isn't a shooter, but an action-adventure with shooter elements. It is the most FPS-like in the prime series though. OH and Metroid Prime 3>All games this generation so far.( Yeah I'm a metroid fanboy)

Oh and KingofWale is always talking about the High Voltage Studios making tons of shovelware, but I do find it slightly hipocritical that he would think that KZ2 would be excellent when he looks at past games in other cases. I would say there is good reason to see KZ2 as being good though, from the gameplay videos, and the work being put into it, but the same thing could be said for the Conduit.

@OP Those models look pretty bad for a ps3 game, and if that really is it I hope they work on it.

Ohh... In threads I always saw you supporting the wii so I figured you had one. MY MISTAKE.

But while Killzone 1 was really bad, Killzone: Liberation was really good. Killzone 1 could have been really good it was just a little ahead of it's time.

But Guerilla has fixed all of the things wrong with the first and added a lot more weapons and vehicles. So I disagree with your position on Killzone 2.

My mistake, I forgot metroid. So the wii has 1 shooter. And the Conduit has no publisher at the moment.

Call of duty 5 will probably end up as a disappointment as it is being developed by Treyarch who messed up with CoD3.

The wii version will also probable be dumbed down and not have as much quality as the PS360 versions because they are the most profitable.

I think you fail to acknolege the situation high voltage was in. All of the shovleware games were licenced games, meaning that they had a release date, and a certain budget(a very low one at that) that couldn't be changed. The conduit is not. Also you fail to recognize that they have made some pretty decent-to ok games before. http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/479406.asp?q=hunter%20 (An above average score).  Oh and killzone was an ok game, and people give it less credit than it deserves.(Mostly because of hype.

I wouldn't worry about it. Naughty Dog developers are very talented (i.e. Uncharted) and I doubt that those are the final Models. There is also that chance that these vids are fake.

Firstly, call of duty 3 was rushed for the ps3 and wii's launch so that could be the reason why it wasn't on par with the other games in the series. I do say that people underate call of duty 3,since it is an above average game according to ratings. Low-Mid 80s They have many more months to develop call of duty 5.

Looks like the "leaked" videos are using the character models of Jak and Daxter from Jak X: Combat Racing.
