Killzone 2 looks really good right now. I think you should judge an upcoming game by how good it looks and developer previews rather than writing it off just because it's predecessor was disappointing. I know why you're bashing it tho...cuz your JEALOUS that the wii doesn't get any shooters.

I don't own a Wii, and in fact the Wii has Metroid Prime 3, which is better than any shooter the PS3 has, to date, except perhaps CoD4. That said, the Wii has upcoming in its shooter library Conduit and Call of Duty 5.
I just find it odd that anyone under the tuscan sun could claim that Killzone 2 means anything, after the initial lie of in game footage delivered by Sony, the bad first game, bad spinoff, and the lack of a developer change, not to mention the virtual plethora of fantastic FPS games that it has to compete with.
If think we can do a little better than "hoping" games are good in the modern age.

Metroid prime 3 isn't a shooter, but an action-adventure with shooter elements. It is the most FPS-like in the prime series though. OH and Metroid Prime 3>All games this generation so far.( Yeah I'm a metroid fanboy)
Oh and KingofWale is always talking about the High Voltage Studios making tons of shovelware, but I do find it slightly hipocritical that he would think that KZ2 would be excellent when he looks at past games in other cases. I would say there is good reason to see KZ2 as being good though, from the gameplay videos, and the work being put into it, but the same thing could be said for the Conduit.
@OP Those models look pretty bad for a ps3 game, and if that really is it I hope they work on it.
