If Nintendo shows a Zelda trailer then no-one else stands a chance. If they don't then i don't know. If they do the same thing they did last year then they will win the eyes of the mainstream-media, but the core-market will laught at them

Nintendo wins if the annouce a brawl channel and improvement of brawl's online with the addition of voice chat.

If a new Zelda isn't revealed Nintendo will have a pretty mediocre E3 compared to the other two, in my opinion.

I think sony, at least to me, has the most to prove
they're riding on the crest of a rising wave and
now, they're next step is whether or not they
can maintain the speed their going in...
of course, if FFVIII has a trailer (which i highly doubt)
then yeah, maybe they'll win

But to me, Nintendo so far
being the leader and all,
has the most to show (well balanced offering)
and the one that
i'm most excited. Quality 3rd party offerings
should be pouring in later this year. 2009 will
be their year!

MS is a wildcard. I can see them causing an uproar
if they (like Sony, pehaps) announce the newton
(wiimote copycat). But who knows?! They have a
lot riding on the halo franchise these days though
i know GoW will be amazing!

And yeah, this is just my opinion
:))

isn't it personal preference ?

I mean someone might not care for God of war III announcement but if they announce it I ll be in heaven.same for other people and animal crossing.

it just depends on what you wanna see.

 

 

P.S. yea most of MS stuff has already been leaked(howcome?) and it looks like a good E3 for them ,,but sony and nintendo have more unkown stuff (more so on nintendo side)

its hard to say, i think that e3 is going to be a disappointment all round

I hope that it will be less console focused and all gamers get what they want for the year ahead.

I expect to see some of these games you missed: Borderlands, Splinter Cell Conviction, Beyond Good and Evil 2.

Some surprises could be: BioShock 2, Mass Effect 2, APB, Deus Ex 3.

Kojipro, eh? :P I really doubt Kojima is gonna show off anything new for anything at E3. I mean come on, MGS4 just came out last month. You don't really think he's gonna have something new to show...do you?

IMO, I think the Wii lineup (assuming it all comes true) will win the show =/ Heh, if a new Zelda was announced it'd destroy everything there.

'Not being shown' doesn't mean there won't be a new trailer, just that there won't be any in-game gameplay demonstrations, demos, etc. I definitely expect there to be a new FF13 trailer at least.

No idea whether Kojima Productions will announce a new game, but it's possible to be developing two games at once you know.

 

Kojima said he wasn't going to work on any other games until MGS4 was done. Now he's done, but he's not gonna suddenly have some new big game announced, shown off, etc. in just a month.

Cause you work for Kojima Productions right?

OT:

I'd have to go with Sony based on the list, but a new Zelda would put Ninty above sony, easily.
