VG Chartz doesn't have a single MoH game selling over 1 million worldwide meanwhile Halo 1 and 2 both broke 1 million in the 'other' territories so you are wrong.

In the case of the 360 version, not the PS3 version at least that is what it looks like right now. The official US dates for any version haven't been announced yet.

Also those two other predictions of yours you should give up on cause they are really really unlikely to come true. Wii will sell more than 2 million in the next 6 months easily and 360 will not sell 600,000 consoles in Japan in the rest of this year with only 1 more big Japan-centric 360 game coming (Lost Odyssey).

Oops I never saw this thread.. And Ubisoft never said it was a timed exclusive, they simply said that the 360 and PC release dates weren't confimed for this year. Now that they apparently are it changes things.

It's the ratio of the America numbers versus the Other numbers that matter here. The number of games is meaningless.  Like I said, America is way crazier about Halo than anywhere else.  Outside of America, Halo does not intimidate.

They said it was PS3 only in 07 and it still is in the US maybe, these are only European dates...

to be even more precise... the developers said it was timed exclusive and the other versions werent coming out til 08... which leads me to believe that... the publisher ubisoft made the decision for all versions to come out...
