Disgaea is the best SRPG series, IMO. If you are look for deep and engaging gameplay as well as a dark, yet lighthearted and always histerical universe, this is the game for you.
The one thing this game has against it is the graphics are last gen, but I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Disgaea series. The first one was one of the best games I have ever played. You could literally play the game for 1000 hours and still have a lot of things to do.
And it is only going to be $50...so its a day 1 buy for me.
