Funny, not fun.
I second Conker's Bad Fur Day and add in Disgaea as a good secondary. I'm not very far into Planescape Torment, but the humor in that game is pretty good. The text choices and Morty the skull's comments give me a nice chuckle.
Tag: Became a freaking mod and a complete douche, coincidentally, at the same time.
Any Monkey Island game would be right up there.
