Austria got some of the most brilliant minds ever. I am talking about the Vienna School (so you can stop smiling now Rol). It may have the highest brilliant mind attach rate in the world.
And, unlike some of their neighbors, Austria doesn`t seem to enjoy bullying third world countries.
