So many of you are wondering why the powers that be have not posted numbers this week?

The truth is that the site has been hit with a lawsuit because of some illegal activity concerning how they get the numbers.

Who am i? well, someone who knows what is going down, if you dont believe me then dont, but you will once a week goes by and there still are no numbers, or when one of the site admin comes clean and tells you the story, but they are very quiet right now, you should hear a complete story on this on 1up tomorrow.

This doesn't make any sence....they posted numbers weekly regullary for a long time and nobody ranted on this, so why somebody would sue VGChartz NOW when they could do it from the very beginning? I don't believe that ppl who sue VGC just found out about this site....
