As I haven't even got the slightest clue what the heck SO4 is I would say FFXIII since it is clearly more popular than whatever the heck SO4 is.

I can't imagine the Xbox 360 would be able to play the Final Fantasy game anyway, I'm sure it's going to take up most of that 50 GB disk
