What makes us turn against these friendly people? They are new at things, yet we treat them like crap. What makes us hate noobs?

I don't hate them, but they do have something to learn... As such we do tend to go overboard and initiate them into the camp of this or that... but I try to be nice to new people unless I don't like their attitude.

I'm still a newbie. Which is why I ask this question...

It's not that the sergeants don't like the recruits, they are just doing the necessary.

Well I dont hate noobs.... In fact I prefer to play with noobs, I really hate it when you are playing a Team online game (like Counter Strike) that your team mates giving your names because I didn't killed that guy in a second with my handgun. Ugh makes me wonder that non-noos really enjoy to play games sometimes;.
